SIGNS OF THE PRESENCE OF ANGELS (2)

In our previous write – up, we learned about some signs that depict the presence of angels. When you feel an unusual heat sensation, tingling sensation on your skin, when you see flashing lights different from the natural one in your room, a gentle breeze or movement of air around you different from the physical one in the place of prayer or worship, angels are definitely with or around you. 

Lord, teach us to identify the presence of our angels and cooperate with them as we hear your infallible word in Jesus’ name. 

– When you begin to feel unspeakable peace, love, joy, and laughter, an angel is around you. 

How do I know that?Luke 2: 10 – 11 reads, ” but the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause “great joy” for all the people. Today in the town of David , a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. ” In the place of prayer, worship, some people laugh uncontrollably? These are angelic manifestations. How can  you just be laughing like a “fool” in the place of prayer. Something happened that you may not have been aware of my brother. Have you laughed uncontrollably like that in the place of prayer before? If you did, you had an angelic touch. I have personally witnessed this phenomenon in the lives of many in my ministry, I tell you. In this state, people look happy and peaceful and are filled with divine love. I pray for you, you too shall have this experience in Jesus’ name.

– Another sign of angelic presence is when you receive an unusual strength, especially when you are tired or depressed or weak. This experience is also called in filling of the Spirit. 

Luke 22: 43 declares, “An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him.”  The scripture says an angel appeared and strengthened your and mine Jesus because he needed that supernatural strengthen at the time. Sometimes, this phenomenon happens when you are asleep or in a vision or trance. On several occasions, the Lord visited me through his angels and empowered me when I was weak in the Spirit. I literally felt power surge through my entire body like electricity, and the angel of the Lord gave me a message that I can’t share with you. Remember, the message the angel gave me was in concordance with the Word of the Lord. I felt so special that day and believed God had always been with me. You can ask the Lord earnestly for the same experience in prayer and by reading scriptures on angels and meditating on the same scriptures until you open yourself up to the angelic world. “Believe in his prophets, and you shall prosper.” In other words, you shall do well in your Christian life. When you are weak, you can pick Luke 22:43 and say Lord, I believe in your word, and you do not lie like human beings” Strengthen me like you did for Jesus, for I’m weak. Have mercy, Lord. Some of you may encounter God’s angels after saying that prayer and going to bed by being expectant. For others, it may take time. Don’t give up. Repeat the prayer until you encounter God’s messengers in your dream or vision.

– When you start speaking in unusual tongues while praying, an angel is just by you, and he touched your tongue.  These types of tongues are different from your normal prayer tongues. It’s a kind of tongue that you know is different from your usual ones. Some start shaking when the experience begins, and after releasing the tongues, they just can’t repeat them later. Corinthians 13:1 says, “If I speak in tongues of men and of angels….” It’s called tongues of angels.   If you once experienced that, you were actually speaking tongues of angels and to angels. Glory to God.

– Finally, when you feel that other people are in your room with you in the place of prayer or worship, don’t be afraid for angels have come to pay you a visit and deliver a message to you. Consider this long but powerful scripture in 2 Kings 6: 17 – 20  “And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

18 As the enemy came down toward him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, “Strike this army with blindness.” So he struck them with blindness, as Elisha had asked.

19 Elisha told them, “This is not the road, and this is not the city. Follow me, and I will lead you to the man you are looking for.” And he led them to Samaria.

20 After they entered the city, Elisha said, “Lord, open the eyes of these men so they can see.” Then the Lord opened their eyes, and they looked, and there they were, inside Samaria. “He saw the hill full of horses and chariots of fire” in verse 17. This expression speaks of angels. An enemy army came to capture Elisha, the prophet and his servant became afraid upon seeing the number of the enemies surrounding them, but Elisha told him not to be afraid for those who were with them ( Elisha and his servant) were more than the enemies present at the time so he asked the Lord to open the eyes of his servant to see they were not alone. And God did, and to his amazement, he saw that they were surrounded by myriad angels. He didn’t know that at the beginning until his eyes were opened. My dear, these beings are always with you and I Christians. Let’s start getting conscious of them and call them for help in time of danger, and they shall respond adequately. Elisha asked the Lord to strike the enemies with blindness and the angels did. You can also do same in faith. Make decrees, declare scriptures into your atmosphere over your family, career, marriage, business, etc, when you sense an angelic presence. When the activity of angels increases, be still because they can be giving you messages through visions or encounters.

May the angels of the Lord encamp around you and your family now in the name of Jesus! May the Lord show you your personal angel, too!
